I’m planning to post a variety of interesting or thought provoking articles I’ve come across since my posts on Sunday, the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Since I ended those posts with Sunday’s Candorville comic, I thought I would start today’s series with the Candorville comic from Monday.
I really hope that we can join the fictional Lamont Brown in his willingness to move past the negative reactions that have largely dominated the public debate these last ten years, and begin the serious business of truly honoring those who died, not by perpetuating death and violence, but by being agents of the Peace, Healing, and Hope that can only come from our Messiah. Will you join me in that prayer?
